Development Contracts – Semiconductor Desk
3.292 Billion for industrial investment
By Decree dated April 11,2024, the new desk dedicated to SEMICONDUCTORS is established to open from April 30, 2024, under Development Contracts.
The budget is 3.292 billion euros.
Companies of any size that submit industrial programs including productive investment projects, for environmental protection, and possibly research and development projects are eligible to apply.
Projects must contribute to one or both of the following objectives:
- development of the national semiconductor industry during the different stages that make up its production process;
- growth and technological development of enterprises belonging to the semiconductor supply chain.
The minimum investment amount is 20 million euros, which can also be achieved through a network contract.
The facilities take the form of a non-repayable grant, subsidized loan, interest-rate subsidy and direct contribution to expenditure (for research and development projects).
The call for applications is with a counter procedure, so applications will be considered in chronological order of submission.
