1.7 Billion for industrial investments

Financial allocation
1,738,000,000 euros. The funds are PNRR. The window opened on June 27, 2024 and will remain open until funds are exhausted.
Eligible programs
Industrial development projects, environmental protection and eventually research, development and innovation projects aimed to strengthen production chains of useful devices for the ecological transition such as:
- batteries
- solar panels
- wind turbines
- heat pumps
- electrolyzers
- carbon capture and storage (CCUS) devices
are also eligible: - The manufacture of key components and the machinery and equipment involved in the production of the devices
- The recovery of critical raw materials needed for the production of key devices and components.
Aid schemes to apply
It applies the standard GBER scheme of development contracts, or alternatively you can apply for the special scheme Section 2.8 of the Ukraine Temporary Framework.

If you apply this aid scheme, you can also request a soft loan together with the grant, up to 75% of the investment.
The investment amount will be at least of 20 million euros, which can also be achieved by integrating several projects of different companies, including those belonging to the same corporate group.
The call for applications is by counter submission, so applications will be reviewed in chronological order of submission until funds are no longer available.
Complying with PNRR funds, the application must be submitted with a report of environmental sustainability in order to demonstrate compliance with the European DNSH (Do No Significant Harm) regulations.
