Objectives
Support the development of projects for the industrial transformation aimed to develop the bus supply chain to produce electrical and connected vehicles, except for hybrid buses.
Eligible programs
- Optimization and production of electrical traction systems, to hydrogen fuel cells or hydrogen internal combustion.
- Development and production of new types of buses, with the aim to migrate towards electricity supply systems, hydrogen fuel cells or hydrogen internal combustion, lightening, digitalization of vehicles and their components.
- Creation and/or optimization of supply chains dedicated to the production of components of vehicles for public transport.
- Development and industrialization of new IoT applied to public transportation, of sensors and digital systems, also integrated in single parts of the vehicle, for a continuous monitoring and predictive maintenance, ADAS systems, fleet management, transportation safety, ground transportation.
- Development, standardization and industrialization of recharging systems, development of technologies to produce “smart charging” systems for zero-emission buses.
Subsidies
- Capital non-repayable grant (for industrial investments)
- Non-repayable grant to expenditure (for projects of Research)
- Soft loan with 10 years depreciation
The amount, nominal value, cannot exceed 75% of the eligible costs.
Eligible costs
Soil purchasing, construction costs, machines and production plants, solar and cogeneration panels, software. To be eligible, the purchase must start after the application.
Grants supply
The grants will be supplied within a maximum of 5 work progresses, with the chance of getting 40% in advance
MENDELSOHN, the most historical and specialized agency of development for managing important programs of industrial development, can totally manage any aspect of the subsidy to obtain the approval of the application, the correct conclusion of the preliminary procedure, the correct charge of financial reporting avoiding cuts to the eligible costs, until the conclusion of the investment in the following years.
